What cities no longer incorporated in Minnesota?
This can be for a variety of reason, absorbed into another city, wiped off the face of the earth by act of God or Legislature, etc...

Two that come to mind:

(Old) St. Anthony: absorbed into Minneapolis. Now the neighborhoods of Northeast and Southeast Minneapolis.

(Old) West St. Paul: Now St. Paul's West Side Neighborhood.
Ceased being a city after costly street improvements and a series of floods in the mid to late 1800's bankrupted the city.

North Hibbing was, as suggested, wiped off the face of the earth by act of Man. It became part of the largest open pit mine in the world.

Milaca was once known as Oak City. In 1886 the 'city' name changed to Milaca. As far as I know there is no Oak City in MN. (I lived there for many years, many years ago.)
